Overview

This website and online store are operated by Saddam Bajwa, an Australian sole trader trading as B-Side Threads (“B-Side Threads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

B-Side Threads provides this website, its content, features, products, customer-service tools, and related services to you subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer and sell our products.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our:

Privacy Policy
Return and Refund Policy
Shipping Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer-protection law.

1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.

If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, including your:

Name
Email address
Billing information
Shipping address
Payment information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

2. Our Products

B-Side Threads sells print-on-demand apparel and related products. Products are produced after an order is placed using Printify and participating third-party print providers.

Because our products are made to order, they are not manufactured or held as traditional pre-produced retail inventory.

Product images and colors

We make reasonable efforts to display product designs, garment colors, and product details accurately.

However, the appearance of colors may differ slightly because of:

Screen or device settings
Monitor calibration
Lighting in product photographs
Garment-dye processes
Fabric composition
Normal manufacturing differences

Garment-dyed products, including certain Comfort Colors garments, may have minor shade variations that form part of their intended appearance.

Printing and placement

Minor variations may occur in:

Print position
Print dimensions
Ink appearance
Color saturation
Garment measurements

These variations do not automatically mean that a product is defective. However, this does not limit your rights where a product has a genuine manufacturing fault, substantial misprint, or material difference from what was ordered.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering.

Measurements shown in size charts are approximate, and minor manufacturing tolerances may occur. Selecting a usual size without checking the provided measurements does not guarantee a particular fit.

If the size label or garment received does not match the size ordered, contact us under our Return and Refund Policy.

Tee styles

Where a product page offers more than one tee style, customers must select the preferred style before ordering.

For example:

Comfort Colors refers to a heavier, garment-dyed, relaxed-fit tee
Classic Tee refers to a lighter everyday unisex tee

Available sizes, colors, prices, and product characteristics may differ between tee styles.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different tee style for the one ordered without contacting you.

3. Product Availability

Products, garment colors, sizes, and print-provider availability may change without notice.

We may:

Add or discontinue products
Remove unavailable sizes or colors
Change production partners
Limit quantities
Restrict availability by country or region

If a product or variant becomes unavailable after you order, we may contact you to offer:

A suitable alternative
A reasonable delay while availability is restored
Cancellation and a refund

We will not charge you for a product that we do not intend or are unable to supply.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or entered production.

An order is accepted once:

Payment has been authorized
Order information has been reviewed
The order has been approved for production

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

Payment cannot be verified
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
The product is unavailable
Pricing or product information contains a material error
The shipping address is invalid or incomplete
The order violates these Terms
Fulfillment or delivery is not reasonably possible

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Print-on-demand orders may enter production shortly after payment.

Tee style
Color
Size
Shipping address
Order quantity
Design selection

We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled because the product is being made specifically for that order.

Our refusal of a change-of-mind cancellation does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Product prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Our primary US market will generally display prices in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include:

Shipping charges
Sales tax
Goods and services tax
Customs duties
Import charges
Other government-imposed fees

Any applicable charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout where possible.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, card networks, banks, and other authorized payment providers.

We do not directly store full payment-card numbers.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

We may offer discounts, sales, promotional codes, or special offers from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed
Discount codes cannot be combined
A discount code must be entered during checkout
Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively
Promotions may be limited by product, customer, region, or order value
Discounted products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees

If separate promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion.

8. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Our products are manufactured and shipped by Printify’s participating print providers and delivery partners.

An order may require a production period before it is handed to a carrier.

Any production or delivery timeframe shown on our website is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Carrier delays
Severe weather
High seasonal demand
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customs processing
Transportation disruptions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Labor interruptions

We will provide available tracking information after an order ships.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address before submitting an order.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment begins.

If an order is returned because the address supplied was incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable, additional production or shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders

If tracking indicates a significant delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider or carrier.

We do not automatically reject responsibility merely because a package was handed to a carrier. Responsibility for loss or damage will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Because products are made to order, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Incorrect color or tee style selected by the customer
Accidental orders
Personal fit preferences where the correct ordered size was supplied

However, contact us if a product arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Materially misprinted
In the wrong size, color, or tee style
Different from the product ordered

Nothing in our Return and Refund Policy or these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to B-Side Threads.

Protected content may include:

The B-Side Threads name and logo
Product graphics and artwork
Website text
Product photographs and mockups
Videos
Branding materials
Page layouts
Collection names
Promotional content

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

Copy or reproduce our designs
Download and resell artwork
Republish product images
Manufacture products using our graphics
Modify or create derivative commercial works
Scrape or systematically collect website content
Use our name, logo, or branding in a misleading manner
Claim association with or endorsement by B-Side Threads

No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred to you when you purchase a physical product.

You own the physical garment purchased, but you do not acquire copyright, trademark, reproduction, or commercial-use rights in the artwork printed on it.

All third-party names, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that:

You created the content or have permission to submit it
The content is accurate and not misleading
The content does not violate another person’s rights
The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or malicious material
Any incentive or compensation connected with the review has been disclosed

You grant B-Side Threads a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and share submitted content for operating and promoting the business.

This permission does not transfer your underlying ownership of the submitted content.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We are not required to publish, compensate, or respond to every submission.

12. Third-Party Services and Tools

The Services may include tools, integrations, applications, or features provided by third parties.

These may include:

Shopify
Printify and participating print providers
Payment processors
Shipping carriers
Analytics providers
Advertising platforms
Email providers
Review applications
Social-media integrations

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our reasonable control. However, this does not remove our responsibilities as the retailer where applicable law requires us to address a customer’s product or order issue.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to websites or platforms operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

Their content
Their availability
Their privacy practices
Their security
Products or services purchased directly from them

Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion. Review their terms and privacy policies before providing information or completing a transaction.

14. Relationship with Shopify

B-Side Threads is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and B-Side Threads.

Shopify is not the seller of B-Side Threads products and is not responsible for the manufacture, sale, quality, shipment, or delivery of products purchased from B-Side Threads.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from transactions between you and B-Side Threads.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in countries outside your country of residence.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, Shopify’s privacy notices.

16. Errors and Inaccuracies

Information on the website may occasionally contain an error or omission relating to:

Product descriptions
Pricing
Discounts
Availability
Shipping charges
Production times
Delivery estimates

We may correct information and update the website at any time.

If a material pricing or product error affects an order, we may contact you to:

19. Consumer Guarantees and Warranties

Our goods and Services may come with consumer guarantees and other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In Australia, these may include guarantees that goods are:

Of acceptable quality
Fit for a disclosed purpose
Consistent with their description
Supplied with clear title

Where a mandatory consumer guarantee applies, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, compensation, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Except for rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, we do not make additional warranties that:

The website will always operate without interruption
Every product will look identical to a screen image
Minor manufacturing or garment-dye variations will never occur
The Services will meet every personal expectation or preference

20. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies:

Consumer guarantees
Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Liability for wilful misconduct
Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited

To the extent permitted by law, B-Side Threads is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

We are not responsible for loss caused solely by:

Incorrect information supplied by the customer
Unauthorized use of a customer account or payment method
Customer misuse of a product
Events outside our reasonable control
Independent third-party services not under our control

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our liability will be limited to an appropriate remedy available under applicable law, which may include replacing the product, supplying it again, or refunding the affected amount.

21. Your Responsibility for Misuse

You are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by B-Side Threads as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services, deliberate violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent conduct.

This section does not require you to compensate us for losses caused by our own negligence, breach, or unlawful conduct.

22. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

Fraud
Security concerns
Unlawful activity
Material breach of these Terms
Abuse of customers, staff, systems, or third parties

Termination does not affect:

Existing payment obligations
Rights relating to completed orders
Rights or liabilities that arose before termination
Provisions that are intended to continue after termination

23. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

24. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be expressly communicated by us.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and B-Side Threads concerning use of the Services.

They replace prior communications or understandings concerning the same subject matter, except where separate written terms apply to a specific transaction or promotion.

26. Assignment

You may not transfer your account or your rights and obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer the business or these Terms as part of a genuine sale, restructuring, ownership transfer, or reorganization, subject to applicable law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable laws of Australia.

You and B-Side Threads submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

This governing-law clause does not prevent a customer from relying on mandatory consumer rights or protections available in the customer’s place of residence where those rights legally apply.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

Changes to our products or Services
Changes to our business practices
Changes to service providers
Legal or regulatory requirements
Security or operational changes

The updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
